Series 04 is suitable for the following types of applications:

Vertical: Hanging applications, standing applications
Horizontal: Unsupported applications ≤ 0.5 m
Circular movement: Rotating application possible, if necessary with reworking (from 180° rotation angle mechanical reworking is always necessary)

When to use Series 04

Small igus® e-chain® -
Interior dimensions 7mm x 7mm
When a small e-chain® with 7.0mminner height and small bend radiiis required
For inner widths up to 30mm
For unsupported lengths up to 0.50m and fill weights up to 0.35kg/m
If a light and cost-effective e-chain® is required
When a one-sided, non-openable e-chain® is required

When not to use Series 04

When the opening of the chain links is necessary
When easy filling with connectors is required
